The Alfa Romeo Giulia comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque. The other option is found on the Quadrifoglio trim, which has a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 that pumps out 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque.

Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available. The Alfa Romeo Giulia is incredibly fun to drive, and all models come with Brembo brakes and a sport-tuned suspension.

Gas Mileage

If you go with the base engine and rear-wheel drive, the Alfa Romeo Giulia offers 24 MPG in the city and 33 MPG on the highway, which are good numbers for it class. With all-wheel drive, those drop to 23 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway.

Alfa Romeo Stelvio

Power and Performance

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio has the same base and available engine as the Alfa Romeo Giulia. It too comes with an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive as an option. This SUV also has exceptional handling and offers a very smooth ride.

Gas Mileage

With the base engine and rear-wheel drive, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio will give you 22 MPG in the city and 29 MPG on the highway. All-wheel drive reduces its highway performance by one.
